Explore price variations among Airbnb listings in London based on accommodation type, neighbourhood, availability and minimum stay.

DATA AND DIAGNOSIS

  • Public Inside Airbnb data is used as the main source.
  • Cleaning and quality filters are applied to price, recent reviews, minimum stay and availability to build a consistent analytical dataset.
  • Indicators and visualizations are built to compare prices by accommodation type, neighbourhood, minimum stay and annual availability.

DELIVERY AND LEARNING
